National Integration camp
National Integration Camp has been held in Namchi,South Sikkim which themed 'Ek Bharat Shreshth Bharat to promote the spirit of national integration through cultural exchanges between people of different regions to further human bonding and common approach to nation building.
The engagement between all states and union territories carries out the spheres of language, literature, cuisine, festivals and cultural events.

Opening ceremony

Lok Sabha MP from Sikkim Indra Hang Subba inaugurated the National Integration Camp. The camp was organised by Nehru Yuva Kendra Sangathan,Sikkim. The camp is inaugurated at the Indian Himalayan Center for Adventure and Eco-tourism institute at Chemchey. The camp will be held from 24-27 February. Today's inaugural function was a dance performance which performed by the participants of Delhi and the theme was "Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao".

The National Integration Camp provide a great opportunity in terms of exposure to Sikkimese youth about the national capital's multiple cultures.
